RETURNS / EXCHANGES
The Paperdoll is committed to happy online shopping. If you are unsatisfied with your order, please let us know! We do accept returns or exchanges for STORE CREDIT ONLY for most items within 30 days of the shipping date.
Please email us at info@thepaperdoll.net within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange for a refund or exchange. Returns or exchanges made with out prior notification may not be processed. Merchandise must be returned in the same condition as it was received. Return shipping charges are non-refundable and full responsibility of customer. Your refund will be issued as STORE CREDIT when return items are received. Sorry, but we cannot accept returns or exchanges for beauty products, swimwear, underwear, or listings with a no-return tag.

We offer in-store gift certificates. Should you like to purchase a gift certificate please call the store at 360.738.DOLL.
SHIPPING NOTICE
The Paperdoll will issue a notice to your provided email at the time of shipping. Please ensure to enter your preferred email address at Checkout.
CANCELED ORDERS
Due to limited quantities The Paperdoll may cancel your order should a product be out of stock or on back order. The Paperdoll will alert you to this status as soon as possible and will give you the option for reimbursement or weekly status updates.
